Peach Cobbler Quick Bread

This quick bread is delicious, and tastes so much like peach cobbler!   It weighs approximately 1.5 pounds and has a thick layer of cinnamon-peach filling that is encased between two layers of delicious cake.   As if that weren't enough, it is topped with a crunchy, buttery, brown-sugary, cinnamon shell.
