Amaretto Almond Bread

This quick bread is a recipe that's been in the family for over thirty years and is a staple during the holidays.   It is incredibly light, fluffy and not too sweet.  The combination of almonds with amaretto is delicious.   Black walnut flavoring adds a nice little nutty kick to the flavor profile of this bread.

Ingredients: cake flour eggs, sugar, butter, amaretto, black walnut flavoring, almonds
