Gluten Free Cinnamon Sugar Quick Bread

This fluffy and moist quick bread has a thick layer of cinnamon and sugar in the middle.   It is topped with a cinnamon sugar mixture that is combined with melted butter then baked to a yummy caramelized, buttery, crunch.
