Apple Cobbler Quick Bread

 This quick bread uses the same basic recipe as the peach cobbler bread  It weighs approximately 1.5 pounds and has a thick layer of Honeycrisp apple filling that is nestled between two layers of delicious cake.   As if that weren't enough, it is topped with a crunchy, buttery, brown-sugary, cinnamon shell.
