Gluten Free Peach Cobbler Quick Bread

This quick bread is delicious, and tastes so much like peach cobbler!   It weighs approximately 1.5 pounds and like the strawberry bread, it is so good you won't believe it's gluten free!  It has a thick layer of cinnamon-peach filling that is encased between two layers of delicious cake.   As if that weren't enough, it is topped with a crunchy, buttery, brown-sugary, cinnamon shell.
