Buttermilk Yeast Rolls (Frozen, "Ready to Rise")
Our buttermilk yeast rolls have been frozen before their second rise. They are "ready to rise and bake" and come in an aluminum pan and plastic lid. Included are easy-to-follow directions for rising and baking. These rolls are similar to the rise-and-bake rolls that can be found in retail stores but they are almost twice the size, have far less chemicals, and taste FAR better!
Each roll weighs between 1.75 and 2 ounces and the packaging includes sea salt for making a salted crust. Each pan includes a 5 oz container of whipped cinnamon honey-butter balls for spreading on hot rolls.

Cinnamon-Honey Butter Ingredients: butter, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla
Instructions for Thawing/Baking:
- Rising Instructions: Remove pan from bag and loosen plastic cover. Place plan in a draft-free, warm place for 3-5 hours, until doubled in size. (Remove lid and cover with oil-sprayed plastic wrap if they start to touch the top)
- Quicker Method: Fill a 9 x 13 baking dish with boiling water and place on lower rack of cold oven. Place uncovered rolls on upper rack. The steam will warm up the oven and cause the rolls to thaw/double in 60-90 minutes.
- Baking Instructions: Remove rolls, (if using oven) preheat oven to 350. Place pan on baking sheet and bake, uncovered, for 25-35 minutes, until golden brown. (Internal temperature should be 190-205 degrees)
Optional: Before baking, gently brush with melted butter and sprinkle with included sea salt
