Frozen Buttermilk Yeast Rolls

These buttermilk yeast rolls have been frozen before their second rise.  They are "ready to rise and bake" and come in a vacuum-sealed bag with easy-to-follow directions for rising and baking.   These rolls are similar to the rise-and-bake rolls that can be found in retail stores but they are almost twice the size, and taste FAR better!   

Each roll weighs approximately two ounces and the packaging includes sea salt for making a salted crust.
